SLP is a leader in supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Rehabilitation Centers throughout the state of Georgia. SLP Management specialized focus is to achieve greater outcomes for crisis or operationally distressed facilities. Our goal is to ensure each facility we manage will become efficient, compliant, functional, and most importantly, stress free for clients and support personnel.

SLP Management LLC was founded simply due to the void within LTC facility management. This necessity was predicated on the need to provide a centralized, yet tailored solution for negligent and or non-compliant LTC centers. After serving decades within the corporate realm, our Senior Leadership decided to branch out in order to develop and market our innovative techniques along with promoting top tier customer service.
